At this point there are 5 different SQL functions to retrieve language details:

biblio:
se.py
title.py

edit:
tp_search.py
ta_search.py
find_dups.py

We need to move all of them into SQLparsing.py.

biblio\title.py 1.40 (installed in r2012-30) fixed a display bug with the word "by" and authors introduced in r2012-29.
