#1368 (ok 4.0) More options for ProtectBinary

This hasn't been revisited in a long time. The $cfg['ProtectBinary'] = 'blob' option gives me the opposite of what I need. I would like to be able to edit (or actually just delete) blob fields but NOT other binary fields.

Perhaps a 'noblob' option?
