Export any database or table as a "Open Document Text" format.
In the resulted document the table structure description(s) (under "Table structure for table my_table") is displaying twice. At the top and at the bottom. The data is displaying at the middle.

I have attached a document which I got by exporting a database.

PMA version : 4.0.0-dev (As well I checked with PMA version 3.3.2deb1 which is older)

    Same (or similar) thing happens while export as "MS word 2000", "LaTex", "PDF", "Texy! text" formats.
