When submissions are displayed on the New Submissions page, it would be useful to be able to quickly determine whether it was created by another moderator, by you or by a new/inexperienced user. For now, we will color code submissions as follows: blue for your own submissions, yellow for submissions by other moderators and gold for submissions created by users with fewer than 20 Wiki edits. Bot submissions will not be color-coded.
