OpenLibrary, Google Books, LibraryThing, Shelfari, Goodreads, Deutsche Nationalbibliothek, European Library and COPAC were added in r2011-64. European Library was split into "Simple" and "Complex" because they return non-overlapping results.

Also added add_librarything.sql 1.1, add_openlibrary.sql 1.1, add_googlebooks.sql 1.1 for other sites. Should all be implementable separately.
