In the ending sequence, when you have to download Roger jr to the beam, after you successfully to so the popup computer graphics don't clear as they should. See:

The graphics are fixed. Although for some reason now, music volume is extremely low now after loading the save, even if you turn the in-game volume up all the way. Voices are normal.
