#3018 (ok 3.3.3) Designer has wrong expand state on load

When opening up a designer, all tables look like expanded, but in fact are collapsed, so it takes two clicks to actually expand them (first one just changes the icon, while second one does the expadning). Afterwards expading works as expected, so just the initial state is wrong.
