Allow entering Contents level data in the New Novel data entry form. Currently all other "Add New ,,," forms allow entering Contents level data directly, but the New Novel form doesn't. This means that editors have to wait until their first submission is approved before they can enter forewords, interior art, excerpts, etc. Change the word "Content" to "Additional Content" for this form only to make sure that editors do not submit the Novel title record again.
