#144 Show all Title Types on Publication edit/remove pages
The software currently hides "container" and EDITOR Title types when viewing and editing Publication records as well as when Removing Titles from Publications. While this is fine for viewing purposes, it's a big headache when editing Publications and removing Titles from Pubs. We need to display all Title types when editing Pubs and removing Titles.

Removal of container titles allowed in edit/rmtitles.py 1.4. Implemented in r2009-40. Container titles in Edit Pub will be addressed later.
Container Titles are displayed in yellow (but not editable) as of edit/editpub.py 1.8, edit/clonepub.py 1.9, common/isfdb.py 1.16. Implemented in r2009-41.
