We need a "User Options" Web page that would allow our users to choose what kind of data they want to see, e.g. which stores they want the navbar to link to for Publications. Other options will be added later via other Feature Requests.

As per Usenet discussions, we will want to let users decide whether they want Full or Concise Listings for pubs to be the default display option.
