#115 Allow removal of container title from pub
Currently the "remove titles from this pub" function will not allow the removal of a container type from a publication, or a t least not one whose title matches the pub title. Usually this is a good thing, it helps prevent errors. But once in a while it is desirable to do this, and currently this requires first changing the title record to a non-container type, such as NOVEL or POEM. It would be desirable if there were some button or other method to shift "remove titles" into a mode where any and all title records could be removed, for use on mal-formed pub records.
