#17 Link from submission page to wiki
New Editors sometimes aren't aware of their talk page. Putting a link on the Submission page such as
"Your submission must be approved by a moderator before it enters the database. If the moderator has questions or comments about your submission, they will be posted on http://www.isfdb.org/wiki/index.php/User_talk:<Poster's User ID Here>. Please check your wiki talk page for comments or questions." might help them find it.

"New Publication" submissions changed: edit/submitnewpub.py 1.5 committed.
If that meets approval, we can roll out the same change to other common submission types.
New Publication" submissions fixed in r2009-01. The rest of the submission types still need to be changed.
A few more added. Used WIKILOC definition in common/localdefs.py (Prerequisite for the remainder, which can be added one by one afterwards if required).
Based on that, we have edit/submitpub.py 1.4, edit/submitnewpub.py 1.5, edit/submittitle.py 1.3, edit/submitdelpub.py 1.3, edit/submitdeltitle.py 1.3, edit/submitrm.py 1.3, edit/submitmkvar1.py 1.3, edit/submitmkvar2.py 1.3, edit/submitclone.py 1.5, edit/submitauth.py 1.4, edit/submitlinkreview.py 1.3, edit/submitseries.py 1.4 which should cover most of the common edits.

Basic functionality done, more obscure submission forms can be modified later if requested.
