If you have logged in with a user that don´t have permission to create a database. Wait 10 minutes and klick somewhere, you get the loginscreen with "you session timed out blabla". But if you login as root now. You want be able to create a database. The "no permission" X is displayed in the create new database Box. You have to click "Exit" and relogin to regain the right to create a database..
