#1117 (ok 3.1.4) link to Documentation dropped from login page

Hi,

In a recent commit the link to Documentation.html that used to be on the login screen was dropped, while I'm not clear on why that was.

It was requested in the past following a Debian bug that raised the issue that the user has no way to access the documentation without logging in, e.g. to find out which credentials are required.

Could you be so kind to readd the link?

    It was to hide a bit version information. However I'm not sure it was a good idea.

    The version information can still be gotten by just requesting Documentation.html or ChangeLog directly, so I'm not sure if removing this link actually hides the version information?
