#2732 (ok 2.11.9) Export Type "Replace" does not work
When exporting data from a table, export type Replace does not work. It uses INSERT.
* Does not work even if Data Export and Structure export is both checked or Data Export is the only one checked.
* Does not work even if Save in file is checked or unchecked.
* Does not work even if export as gzipped or plain text.
* The export data type works before 2.11.7 after installing new version, no longer works.
* Tested in both Windows and Linux.
* Does work work for all data export on a table or base on sql queries with specific columns.
OS Versions:
* In Windows: PHP 5.2.5, MySQL 5.0.27
* In Linux: PHP 5.2.5, MySQL 4.1.22
