Allow setting of more than one character for the config parameter LeftFrameDBSeparator.

I have several systesm supported and they use different database separators (dash and underscore), it woudl be nice to set both of these in LeftFrameDBSeparator so that all databases are grouped in the left hand area.

Change would be around line 322 in List_Database.class.php (version 3.11.2) as far as I can tell.
