"Drag&Drop" subtitle time

Hi!
If I select one or several subtitles in the "Subtitle
editor"-tab and then try to drag them up or down with
the mouse, nothing happens.
Instead, it would be very useful, if this would simply
cause a small positive or negative delay depending on
the direction I am trying to drag them.
In order to avoid accidental subtitle shifting, this
would also require a certain minimum drag distance
before any delays are applied, for example 10 pixels.
This option would make fine timing subtitles much more
efficient than using the "Move/Scale" option.
Alternatively, this options could also be applied to
the right or middle mouse button.
Greets,
Lu-Tze.

This is a nice feature and I implemented it for the next build. It works this way:
When you start dragging selected subtitles, the time by which they will be moved is displayed in the place where the selection info is. When you stop dragging and release the mouse button, all selected subtitles are moved.
Holding Shift in the time the mouse button is released causes only start frames to be updated, holding Ctrl means only end frames will be updated.
Only horizontal movement (in the X axis, left to right) moves the times. Each pixel moved means one frame (or equivalent in seconds in time mode).
