No

Editing large SET or ENUM field type is very hard in
small field which is reserver for it. There should be
some more user friendly way to work with such fields.

Javascript based popup which would allow
creating/editing/deleting fields and would create text
field content according to them could help a lot here.

    Pavel, any progress on this?

Note: a GSoC student told us that he's working on this. Maybe he will add his name here as a comment.

I'm not sure if anyone is working on this but I think a solution could be making the fields resizable. There is a jQuery plugin that does this: http://plugins.jquery.com/project/TextAreaResizer

Well I don't think that having bigger textarea will help much when you need to define set of values. For example if the enum has something like 50 choices, it is really hard to find one somewhere in the middle you want to remove.

Merged GSoC branch containing this feature.
