#27 Event queue inspection has wrong ordering of events
When inspecting an event queue, held events are in time order whereas
you would expect them to be in posting order.
Would it make sense to name the package .Unit_Test rather
than .Inspection? just to make the point that it's only for unit test .. of
course, the fact that the queue mustn't be started helps there!

Ordering problem fixed.
Decided to leave the name as Inspection. Of course instantiations could call it
what they liked!
