None of my changes should affect that. Monkey Island 2 (like Indy 4) is an IMuse game and doesn't have CD Audio. Music is played through a FM-Towns specific plugin driver (seems to be similar to the Adlib driver and also seems to play 'ADL ' resources). ScummVM defaults to the (PC) Adlib Midi driver, so music should be the same as in the PC version (for now).
Maybe we had an IMuse bug in 2005? Who knows...
It would be helpful to get some feedback from the user here.
Joachim Eberhard: Please verify whether this bug is still valid. It would also help to know which audio device you use here.

Florian, any chance your recent FM-TOWNS work will affect this bug? (Or if not, maybe you are interested in looking into this one anyway? :)

I cannot reproduce this. I get music in these sequences. AFAIK music resources should not differ from the DOS version anyway.
I set this to pending and Out of Date.
Please provide feedback if you believe that this bug report is still valid.
