SPECIFICATIONS AND GUIDELINES

 

These Specifications and Guidelines (“Specifications and Guidelines”) which are incorporated by this reference into the VENDOR STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“Vendor Terms”), further govern Your access to, and the use of our Services.

 

All capitalized terms are either defined herein or in the VENDOR STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS.  If and to the extent these Specifications and Guidelines relating to or affecting the Services are in conflict with the Terms, an IO or otherwise, the more restrictive provisions will control as determined solely by Media Company.

 

Basic Plan Specifications

  • Software Name. Maximum of 40 characters.
  • Software Description. Maximum of 1000 characters.
  • Starting Price. Maximum of 100 characters.
  • Logo. Square, minimum of 90x90 pixels.
  • Categories. Vendor may request Vendor’s Basic Product Listing be included in any number of Categories deemed relevant to the Software.  Approval, inclusion, and removal of Vendor’s Basic Product Listing in any Category is in Media Company’s sole and absolute discretion.
  • Software Screenshots. Maximum of 6 screenshots.
  • Video. 1 YouTube video.

Plus Plan Specifications

  • Software Name. Maximum of 40 characters.
  • Software Description. Maximum of 1000 characters.
  • Starting Price. Maximum of 100 characters.
  • Logo. Square, minimum of 90x90 pixels.
  • “Visit Website” Button URL. “Visit Website” Button URL to be provided by Vendor.
  • “Demo” Button URL. (Optional) “Demo” Button URL to be provided by Vendor.
  • Categories. Vendor Plus Product Listing with Vendor “Visit Website” button will be included in two (2) Categories deemed relevant to the Software as provided on the IO or otherwise determined by Media Company. Media Company reserves the right to (i) change or add additional Categories that feature the Vendor Plus Product Listing with Vendor “Visit Website” button, and (ii) determine placement on Category Pages, in its sole discretion.
  • Software Screenshots. Maximum of 6 screenshots.
  • Video. 1 YouTube video.

Premium Plan Specifications

  • Software Name. Maximum of 40 characters.
  • Software Description. Maximum of 1000 characters.
  • Starting Price. Maximum of 100 characters.
  • Logo. Square, minimum of 90x90 pixels.
  • “Visit Website” Button URL. “Visit Website” Button URL to be provided by Vendor.
  • “Demo” Button URL. (Optional) “Demo” Button URL to be provided by Vendor.
  • Categories. Vendor Premium Product Listing with Vendor “Visit Website” button will be included in four (4) Categories deemed relevant to the Software as provided on the IO or otherwise determined by Media Company. Media Company reserves the right to (i) change or add additional Categories that feature the Vendor Premium Product Listing with Vendor “Visit Website” button, and (ii) determine placement on Category Pages, in its sole discretion.
  • Software Screenshots. Maximum of 6 screenshots.
  • Video. 1 YouTube video.
  • Downloadable Assets. Maximum of 5 downloadable assets. PDF format. Maximum individual file size of 40MB per asset.
  • Google Analytics Tag. (Optional) Google Analytics Tag to be provided by Vendor for tracking Software Profile Page visitor statistics.

These Specifications and Guidelines were last updated on the date provided herein.  We reserve the right to update or otherwise modify these Specifications and Guidelines from time to time and You are responsible for checking our Sites periodically for changes and updates. Your use of our Services after such change or update constitutes your acceptance of such changes and the updated Specifications and Guidelines.
