Pros: Don't find anything. The pricing that is more or less o.k. if it would work (which it doesn't).
Cons: Support gives wrong answers, payments fail, don't have the requirements correct for accepting cards with Payone.
Overall: Worst I have seen so far. I don't find anything positive.

Pros: Some payments were processed OK, but not enough to justify the cost of the terminal and all the support we needed to just make the terminal work.
Cons: A bizarre company feels like a fly-by-night operation. The people working there do not know their own materials, representatives use profanity on the phone, and even threaten to shoot their coworkers. Truly.
We needed to be sent no less than three faulty terminals by Wallee because they 1) literally displayed other clients propriety software; 2) did not work, or 3) hung when attempted to update as per instructions.
Other issues off the top of my head:
- First terminal didn't start correctly;
- First terminal showed another clients software;
- Links to Wallee websites were wrong in the manual;
- Second terminal failed when updating;
- Third terminal was sent to some other address when Wallee mixed accounts
- Third terminal had links to Wallee's website with CSS files missing, making reports impossible;
- Transactions were literally stuck in limbo for THREE MONTHS (!);
- Foreign currency never worked, despite claims from Wallee, many calls, long discussions with Wallee personnel, traveling abroad several times, trying multiple ways to"cludge it" using Wallee-only updated setting configured by Wallee;
- We were warned by Switzerland that the terminals are all out of date and security risk;
- We are charged terminal fees for broken terminals
- We were declined any attention at all from senior staff: "I just discussed your case with my superior and asked if I had any options to do something to compensate you for the fees, because of your experience with the terminals, but it was declined."
- The list goes on and on.Overall: We started because of a recommendation from Postfinance so we could accept Postcards, but canceled all accounts after only 4 months. SumUp is far superior, and Postfinance cards now work like Visa. Save your time and do not mess with this joke of a company.

Pros: Absolutely nothing. Really. I wish I could say something positive but it is really not possible. Sorry.
Cons: - Does not work
- Terrible customer supportOverall: So bad, makes me want to throw up. We registered and started paying for the service in April 2022. Now it is end of July and the product still does not work. We have invested 40+ talking to customer service, writing emails back and forth but it still does not work. A nightmare.
