That is about all I can say that is positive.
Absolutely the worst tech support both before and during our live event. A clunky platform that was hard to navigate. Many sloppy features made it hard for organizers to set up the online event and for our attendees to use.
The staff we dealt with were condescending and unhelpful every time we interacted. One of my most frustrating event organizing experiences in 27 years of working with groups and venues all over the USA and Europe.Cons: Absolutely the worst tech support both before and during our live event.
