Pros: I’ve used StreamGo for a number of years now, and have always been impressed by what they offer. It is fully integrated into our business now and everyone asks to use StreamGo whenever we run a webinar. Set up, customisation, support and deployment is fantastic.
Cons: Perhaps having multilingual speakers when required might help when doing foreign language presentations - even if it was an additional service that you pay for

"Easy to use, rich reporting and ideal for attendees" Posted 2022-05-06
Pros: Video search - we ran an event that had a live ten minute intro and then allowed attendees to chat live to presenters and experts while using the video search to identify relevant content to watch. We had 15 on-demand sessions.
Cons: In hindsight, we should have allowed direct one to one chat between attendees but that was a decision we made pre event to only allow group chat.
Overall: The experience was great for attendees along with excellent reporting for our sponsors. Support and insight was excellent helping us to shape our event into an on-demand experience instead of a 2 hour conference.

We struggled with the communication between streamGO and our team. Our team did accept where there were missteps on our end, and would have liked to see more accountability taken on the streamGO end.

Pros: Scope of project and its features.
Technical support was offered from the very beginning of the project and provided in the meantime.
Quality of communication - any project queries were responded to promptly in the meantime.
Quality of collaboration and final output.Cons: None, other than having to wait for end users to confirm project specifics.
Overall: One of the best companies I've worked with so far, being professional and focused, and team wellness put at the forefront - the 4.5 day workweek - makes streamGO a top choice for both working with and hosting and managing virtual events and streaming.
