    "Started great and has hit rock bottom "

    Pros: I loved StarryAI for months and I used it daily. I became a pro member and the first three months was fantastic. No real issues.

    Cons: Once I extended my pro membership for another 3 months I immediately started noticing issues with speed, not just in the creations, but also with loading pages. It’s gotten so bad that I can no longer open any of my creations; I’m greeted with a black screen. That’s what I’m paying for. The app crashes frequently and other times I just see a white screen with “StarryAI” and a perpetually spinning wheel when I try to open it. To top it off, customer service is ignoring me. It’s been over a week. I was told they would look into it. I want a refund and there is no response from these people.

    Overall: They got too big and they can’t keep up with their problems. It’s become a terrible experience and I will end my relationship with them.
