    Pros: peopleHum is a very well built AI-enabled Human Capital Management Platform which enhances the employee experience as well as supports all your needs from an HR perspective. It's simple to use, robust, advanced AI-ML enabled analytics board gives you statistical representation all over the organization. The UI is very well presented and is absolutely hassle-free due to its pillar-like structuring which divides data and usage based on hiring, nurturing, engaging, managing employees.

    Cons: There aren't any significant drawbacks of the platform, it supports integration for payroll with any payroll provider which resolves an end-to-end HR use case

    Overall: It's a breeze to use and serves the purpose and utility on point. With remote working coming in to play, it stands ahead of all modern applications of Human Capital Management at this point in time. Not just being the Best HCM platform, it is a great value for money product across the globe in this domain.

    Pros: We've been using peopleHum for the past 1.8 years and have been liking it a lot. Competency mapping is a must-try feature that has helped us a lot.
    We are completely thrilled by the perfect balance between ai and automation it has digitized our whole people process.

    Cons: We've seen a gradual growth of the platform right from using hire as the initial module to adopting each aspect it has been a smooth journey. However, we had a concern about the hierarchical representation of data across teams on the platform which was later fixed from the backend

    Overall: A must try platform for all organizations. The hero of the platform is that is ha every feature big or small talk to each other further helping us gauge the growth and productivity of the entire organization.

    Pros: I loved how easy it was to maneuver the interface. Everything was right where it needed to be found. So the ease of functionality on this platform is amazing. What I liked most was the performance management feature. Tracking tasks and dependencies, and setting reminders was achieved in a few clicks. This visually appealing and pragmatic goal-tracker just powers-up productivity.

    Cons: Nothing yet. It has suited my needs up until now.

    Overall: Incredibly satisfying user experience coupled with great functionality! Could I ask for more? I await to see future developments.

    Pros: Its price is very reasonable in fact they are offering it at lesser rates than anybody in the market as I have looked at others with similar features, their features are great, plus their service is also good.

    Cons: They don't have payroll integration but honestly that's alright, rest everything is great.

    Overall: I'd highly recommend it to my peers. Our functioning has become easier ever. since we started using it.

    Pros: This one is a pretty cool app as well as web tool for all things HR. We use it for the awesome AI analytics and for a lot of activities to help boost employee morale like surveys and pulse checks. The rewards and recognition feature is also pretty neat.

    Cons: Nothing really, they are quite efficient at what they do and it is a delight to work with them.

    Pros: The Pulse Survey asks me every day about how I feel is one and the other is the HR Bot, so whenever i need to see policies or my leaves for the year the HR Bot helps. Apart from all the modules this platform provides i really love the ease of it and also the value is quite surprising.

    Cons: Nothing as such, it's self-sufficient and does most of the job with ease.

    Overall: The experience is amazing and the customer support is on point and always available to help you. Totally worth it.

    Pros: I have been using peopleHum for more quite sometime now, and have seen the productivity boom up. The platform is highly flexible and very user friendly. It gives a complete personalised human experience. As an employee it's been so easy to apply for leaves or tracking of my own goals and KPI's. Highly recommended if you believe in higher productivity in the most minimal cost.

    Pros: The Analytics part of the software is really nice and easy to understand. The infographics used, elaborates on the overall productivity of the organization.

    Cons: The payroll is the only feature they don't have, but they do have an easy integration process which helps cut down the issue.
