Cons: They will scam your package like me and hundreds more. Save your money, your energy and your mental health dealing with them. 3 weeks, no responses, no phone to reach out and €600 on the line disappears when it was supposed to be delivered.

Overall: Scam, save your money.

Overall: I have had mixed experiences in the past years. The MyGermany team managed several packages without any issues. Now, they have crushed the good image. I have ordered a phone. It has arrived at MyGermany. I have paid a high amount for the shipping. They shipped it by FedEx, and several days later, the courier handed over an empty box to me. I complained about the issue at MyGermany and my local FedEx office, where they told me that MyGermany should send an official complaint. I offered all the necessary information to them. Nothing happened for weeks. I inquired to get an update. No reply from MyGermany. I got the feeling that the phone was stolen at MyGermany, and it would be against the business to investigate, or they would know it. I will probably initiate a legal process to settle the issue and request help from FedEx since it is also about their reputation. I'm sorry to experience this from a good service provider.

Cons: I lost about 500€ because of this shitty company. No customer service at all. You can forget about your package if you use their "service".

Overall: You should avoid this company if you don't want to lose your money.

I am a little worried about normal packaging.

Optional bubble wrap can be added during packing.
And we will do a hard packaging with additional options.
