    Pros: Ease of use, amazing customer support, real time analytics, reporting, ability to customise, workflows, notifications, interoperability.

    Cons: Nothing that comes to mind, the system meets so many of our requirements.

    Overall: Overall really happy with IntelliHR software solution. It’s a great platform with a lot of functionality. It has helped us automate a lot of our processes, significantly reducing our admin burden. We are able to provide real time analytics and reporting and can trust the system is our source of truth. Customer support has been great.

    - Functions work well and are very well designed
    - The design is nice and easy to move around

    Cons: - The contracts function needs a little bit of fixing

    Pros: The biggest benefit of the product is the possibility to have a slick, tidy, structured and customizable performance management process and improve the existing ones as the platform already has best practices.

    Cons: There is no such thing. The product is designed in a way that each feature and functionality have a purpose. It is just a question of organizations how much they have a need for certain ones and are ready to use them.

    Overall: On each step of the process of the tool implementation, I was extremely satisfied with the team, support and platform.

    Pros: I have loved working with Gagan. She is always so positive and helpful, always so willing to go above and beyond to help her clients in any way. IntelliHR should really consider themselves lucky to have her on their team.

    Cons: There are no real cons to working with Gagan, but I would say that Gagan can be a little too easy-going during times that a team needs a firmer hand.

    Overall: Overall, we are lucky to have her working on our implementation. She is very knowledgable, and it makes the process so much easier when she is able to go into the system and make real time updates.

    Pros: There is so much to love about intelliHR.

    Pros:

    -Intuitive
    -Easy To Navigate
    -Real Time Performance Feedback
    -The ability to have many things in one place (employee data, training tracking, project/task tracking, org chart, etc)
    -Support from Gagan!

    Cons: I do not have any deal breakers yet I am curious about integrations.

    Overall: intelliHR has been a pleasure. I look forward to working through this platform to see what else it can do and to see how it grows.

    Pros: Customizable and Automated Workflows.
    Can provide dynamic work processes.
    Able to maximize utilization of the system.

    Cons: Unsupported Financial and for Timekeeping Systems.

    Overall: As per my observation even I just used this product for less that a month or two. That this system provides the requirement needed by the organization but missing Financial and Timekeeping function. This will be an awesome system if the capability is an end to end process together with all the functional group by the organization.

    Cons: There are just some features that we need which are not yet available on the product. Not a big deal since they are working on it to align with our requirements.

    Pros: I love the UI, very easy to navigate. The implementation support we got was a 100%, plus I love that the supporting materials that can help the team are either provided to us or are readily available!

    Cons: A few features that aren't available but I wouldn't say it's a downside at this time since all our feedback were taken into consideration or are actually already part of the roadmap.

    Overall: Happy with the implementation support we got and looking forward to using the system as we go for full launch. Excited for the team to further explore and capitalize on the system, as well as the product improvements that are coming soon!

    Pros: The implementation was smooth, and it comes with in-app tutorials for your users. Additionally, the implementers are sweet and responsive. Gagan is a rockstar!

    Cons: I don't think there was anything negative that I can pinpoint during the implementation or with the software. It's very simple and straightforward. I like it that way!

    Overall: 10/10. The permissions are comprehensive, it's on the cloud so there's nothing to install or upgrade, and it's easy to implement provided you have the right team assembled internally.

    Pros: Easy to operate even if HR not your primary skill. The support team are responsive and fantastic at assisting with queries. Users found it easy also and analytics are pretty powerful. Training for installation and management was 1:1 and tailored to our business.

    Cons: Not much - perhaps the reporting/analytics could be easier to navigate to find things but once you have done it a few times it becomes clearer.
    Only other thing would be an ability to extract reports to pdf for board reporting etc.

    Overall: Wonderful system that has delivered on compliance, employee wellness/satisfaction in addition to performance evaluation (why we signed up) and would not want to operate again without IntelliHR.

    Pros: As a new customer, I have been extremely pleased with the products and support that we received. All of our HR needs are being met and we are finally able to streamline everything that we provide to our employees.

    Cons: The only con is that the date is not displayed the way we are used to seeing it in the US.

    Overall: Wonderful. I am so happy that we found this software. It has met all of my expectations and beyond.

    Pros: IntelliHR streamlines the HR process. It ensures consistent feedback from employees and then also is supported with a process in behind that. The training and implementation has been fantastic. Alex McRobbie has assisted me with this and I have found him to be extremely helpful and able to explain things in a way that is easy to understand. He makes sure you are getting the best out of the system.

    Cons: You need to commit 100% to the implementation process. It's only as good as the information you put into it.

    Overall: I am getting consistent feedback from employees which generates a great culture in the workplace. Any issues can be sorted out quickly before problems escalate. Employees feel that they have a platform where they can be totally honest.

    Easy to use product - great for giving visibility to line managers.
    Flexible in terms of enabling components or functions.
    Goal management and performance management features easy to use and report on.
    Workflows can be customised and developed easily.
    Analytics functionality useful and provides clear insights.
    Works well on mobile devices.
    Price point good.

    Cons: Doesn't deal well with changes in reporting line or dual roles.
    Restricted in terms of reminder functionality.
    Reporting or data extracts limited and cannot be automated.
    Frequently "one size fits all" in terms of function.
    Cannot restrict access for quasi admin roles aligned with business unit structure.
    Doesn't support Learning Mgt, Talent Mgt or Succession planning activities.

    Overall: Team leaders like the ease of use and clear guidance around goals, outstanding tasks and compliance.
    Bigger, more complex organisations may need more flexibility in the product.
    The product roadmap is exciting, and I'm looking forward to the feature improvement in the coming year.

    Pros: Analytics and compliance management are outstanding. The system is continuously being developed and the recent addition of data extraction has been valuable for reporting purposes.

    Cons: Need to improve approval and notification processes.

    Overall: An excellent HRMS for any mid to large business. I have implemented many HR systems in my career and as a first time user of IntelliHR, I have been impressed with its functionality overall.

    Pros: The onboarding team was brilliant in setting us up - they took time to understand our business and that we were comfortable with the platform.

    The performance and onboarding processes are fantastic and allow hiring managers to ensure the same experience for new hires.

    Leadership learns a great deal from the data and reports that allow true data driven decisions to be made.

    Cons: Would love to see some integrations that track vacations.

    Overall: Love the data driven decisions leadership makes now and as our fast growing team expands, new hiring managers are able to pick up the baton and provide the same experience they received to new hires - ensuring our culture is maintained and we are putting the new hires in the best position to succeed.
