    "Different experience from other reviews"

    Posted 2024-02-29

Pros: Platform easy to use, engaged community.

Cons: No chat support (but yes via email or forum community).

Overall: Overall a great experience with iMusician!
Yes, there is a delay in receiving royalties, but I have used other digital distributors and they more or less have the same timelines, as from the moment someone streams your music to actually the shop paying out such distributors, many months can pass by since the shops have to do their internal investigations about the streams being boosted or not, for example.

    "Stay Away from them "

    Posted 2024-02-14

Pros: Opened once an account never uploaded anything but needed to pay. After they tell me they cant release my genre. No refund nothing and today they associate my account with other artists telling me i have duplicate accounts and thats fraudulent. They have inexperience people in charge of things they have no clue off. Especially the legal team who does not understand the basics. The platform is full of bugs and doesn't work smoothly.

    Cons: High pricing.

Bad customer service people with zero knowledge about the music industry telling you all kind of nonsense and stealing money from customers. This is one of the worse companies i have ever signed up for.

Overall: A company to stay away from when it comes to music distribution.

    "Stronghold of scammers and thieves"

    Posted 2024-01-03

Pros: You won't find any advantages here. Only fraudulent schemes to take money from real authors and attempts to take away distribution and publication rights.

Cons: Very rude support. The legal department talks like the mafia.

Overall: The iMusician Digital service covers scammers who distribute copyrighted content without the necessary rights. When you try to contact the legal department, they will be rude and threaten you, but do not be fooled by this because when you ask to show legal licenses, they become silent.

    "Organized thieves "

    Posted 2023-12-30

    Pros: N/A.

Cons: iMusician is not just a scam but they are thieves.

Overall: iMusician has been accused of engaging in theft under the guise of a music distribution service. Artists are required to pay a fee, typically ranging from $40 to $50, to have their tracks released on popular platforms like Spotify and Apple Music. However, subsequent to the release, the company reportedly fails to provide any information regarding revenue for a six-month period. When earnings are finally displayed in the artist's account, they are faced with a choice: either reinvest the funds to distribute additional music through IMusician or attempt to withdraw them to a bank account. In many instances, those who opt for withdrawal do not receive their money, although iMusician might process the payment after a month, or seven months from the track's initial release date, if the first track performs well.

Should artists decide against uploading more tracks, issues escalate as iMusician is said to halt all future payments. Artists seeking assistance from customer support are met with threats of being removed from the platform. To make matters worse, communication with their legal department is often met with hostility and intimidation. Persistent inquiries regarding payouts, especially after three months of waiting, result in the artist being blocked while iMusician continues to profit from their music. This experience is not isolated; multiple victims have shared that they too have not received payments and have been subsequently barred from both the iMusician community and website despite their music remaining available on streaming platforms.

In light of these allegations, I am compiling an extensive article that will feature screen-captured evidence, conversations with iMusician, and interviews with fellow artists who have undergone similar injustices. I repeatedly warn against using this site as it has been dubbed fraudulent and has been exploiting artists' works. Alongside others who have been wronged, I've endorsed a petition and intend to bring this issue to the attention of major platforms like Spotify to expose iMusician's scam practices.

"I have lost all my money!"

    Posted 2023-03-01

Pros: The publishing was efficient and fast. The website was easy to use. But i didn't know they were going to steal from me.

Cons: They didn't pay me for my streams! I tried to contact them, never got any answer. So they basically stole all the money I earned.

Overall: Could not be worse. Now I cannot even publish this music elsewhere, and they kept my money, so I've lost it all + the publishing fee.
