    Pros: Pipe dream.
    Sounds ideal.
    Would be wonderful if it were real as advertised.
    No pros to speak of.
    Very sad outcomes.
    Two key people aware and no resolution.

    Cons: Poor service.
    Poor beacon on locating.
    Software is nightmare.
    Disrespectful inconsiderate unprofessional staff. Heather and the guy who keeps trying to get our tracker devices accurate have been juvenile to be kind. I can’t get to my 30 trackers because they have me down for 104 devices! It is a nightmare and they don’t care! They suspended our account and now we can’t locate any vehicles.

    Overall: Avoid this company:
    Horrible product.
    Horrible negligent unmotivated staff.
    Poor customer service.
    Overpriced.
    Rude - Placed our assets at grave risk.
