"Very good mail server with GUI" Posted 2025-01-05
Pros: GUI configuration is very important.
This simplifies a lot of things. It has an installer and well documented.Cons: Windows only.
hMailServer is no longer being actively developed. The latest major version was released several years ago and since then only critical updates have been released. hMailServer relies on algorithms which are considered insecure by modern standards, such as SHA1.Overall: It works well, a good solution for a small business to install on a Windows server. I used if for a self hosting.
