    Pros: Great features and pricing, awesome tech support. Team there listen if you ask for a feature not available and often make it happen in under a week! Some get passed to the tech team for future development. Good design options and all totally customisable. Always adding new features to keep things fresh and improved for me the customer with the price of my plan not changing! Love them.

    Cons: Not much - only niggle is it will not integrate with Royal Mail online shipping like some others but easy enough to work around.

    Overall: Brilliant platform. Awesome pricing (I am still on the basic plan and as a sole trader, seller of handmade products it suits me to the ground). Customer support are always 10/10. Quick replies, almost always with a fix for any tech issues (even those that are just me being a numpty). Never crashed. Brilliant SEO - whats not to like!
