Can be used to replace traditional handsets or supplement systems. Epygi’s user interface is robust and easy-to-use. Expansive documentation and numerous training videos are available for users and administrators to get up to speed. Monitors both cloud and on-premise PBX systems. Set alarms for over 70 events of the QX or ecQX PBX system including bad quality call reports. Save/restore and upload/download QX configurations from QX systems to the cloud and your PC. Maintain software versions on QX systems. Verify QX that systems are active, view uptime and registered endpoints. See graphical data on CPU and concurrent call activity. Remotely access the GUI of the QX device and the endpoints registered to the QX device and the endpoints registered to the QX device.
