The Service Contract provides technical support during our normal business hours and access to software updates for Check-Inn. A current Service Contract is required for any online travel reservation interfaces including Connect-Inn Channel Manager, Booking Button, and Website services. It is also required for Expedia, Booking.com, or GDS connections. The addition of any other services, hardware, or changes to your Check-Inn service require an active Service Contract.
