Cons: Pricing is a bit on the high side for small business use.

Overall: While the pricing was a bit higher than we would have liked, the time it saved ME as a small business owner in devising my own tests, conducting the testing, and grading was priceLESS!

Pros: Easy, dependable, quick! compared to other electronic testing sites, this one is a breeze. i do really appreciate being able to edit some of the tests to be inclusive of Canadian terminology!

Cons: Not much to put here. the interface is a bit dated and there are a number of clicks to get through, but overall, no major cons.

Overall: Overall, this system is good. I have recommended to other organizations. Customer service is fantastic and i felt i had a good understanding of all the features before we went live.

Pros: eSkill is very easy to use, very customizable, fits what we were looking for and MORE! The price is great and really affordable for small businesses! We can now screen applicants for all the skills needed for filling positions as well as the values to fit into our company culture.

Cons: We're an electric vehicle manufacturer, so I wish there were more "electric automotive" or even basic automotive user-type questions. There weren't many questions we could choose from the more advanced automotive/mechanic type questions.
When picking and choosing questions for a customized test, the screen times out too quickly for the amount of time it takes to read the questions and answers when you're trying to create a whole test at once.

Overall: I have been super impressed with the friendly and helpful support we've received from Kevin and Carlos! They have been so great! eSkill was the best choice for us as a smaller business that won't be testing a large number of applicants and still wanted a customizable testing application.

Pros: Variety of tests are excellent.

Cons: Missing tests for specific positions, Marketing, Information Technology.

Overall: 80% there, but when I need to hire for Marketing or IT I need to go to another resource.

Pros: eSkill has been a great tool for our recruiting process and helping us gauge candidates skill ability. Not only is it user friendly but it also has an extensive amount of questions for various subjects.

Cons: Candidates have stated that the simulation questions will not accept answers or will have a lag to them.

Overall: We have been using eSkill for over a year now and it has continued to meet all of our needs. The newest feature that we appreciate is the integration with our ATS.

Pros: I like the ease of sending the assessment - super easy, folks seem to get on with no tech issues.

Great customer service when I needed to be updated after expiration!

Cons: Would like to see Teams/Sharepoint/O365 added. That could be beneficial.

Harder to get a dialed in report of someone's score. Lots of options, just not the scorecard I remember having prior.

Overall: I didn't use this assessment for over a year, my credits expired. One phone call and a few minutes later, I was back on track to sending an assessment to a candidate. Super customer service, which I value.

Pros: I really like the way eSkill is able to help sift out the candidates that have the skills we need from those that don't.

Cons: eSkill is not able to fully customize its questions to our industry and score them in a meaningful way to help us. The general customer service questions are only generally helpful.

Overall: Overall this has been a great tool and a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend it and I enjoy using it.

Reduces time and cost to hire. Assessments can be done on any browser no need to install java or download any software. Easy to use.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind as cons. Best software for pre employment assessment.

Overall: Easily customisable. 24/7 customer support available. User friendly interface. Customisable testing portal. Works quickly and easily. Also provides employee training. They allow us to create our own test. Reliable and secure software. Best assessment Tool.
