    "cardPresso support???? Really???"

    Posted 2026-01-09

Pros: Software works well until it doesn't??

It is a very good price for the simple cards I need to create. You can buy what ever level you intend to use.

Cons: The customer service is almost non existent.
The support phone system is 1 out of 50 on someone answering. It hangs up on you for entire days.

The email support responds quickly but actually told me in their own language that I'm the only one having problems.

Overall: The product might be excellent but when you have a problem you are on your own.

I call multiple times daily. 50 calls or more to the supposed customer support line and it hangs up on me. Often without letting me select options 1,2 or 3??? I have also emailed for days and have received many emails telling me they don't believe I've called and the phone system wouldn't do that??? Further more they will not call me and simply help me figure out how to get png. Images onto individual cards. I have at least 10 hours invested in getting arguments as to why my problems are in my head and no one else has this problem rather than the 10 minutes it should have taken for them to call and remotely fix my issue.

I'm over a year in and these issues started with an attempted upgrade. It will be hard to switch but I guess I'll have.

If you are a software programmer and can troubleshoot the software yourself then it's a great price, but if you could ever require help you'll probably wish you had purchased a different product.
