    "Effective when set up correctly"

    Pros: Ability to just "invite the room" and it automatically sets it up for you. It is so easy to just jump in a room and have the cam and mic bumpin.

    Cons: Sometimes it doesn't work right if it wasn't set up absolutely 100% correct. It's also frustrating sometimes to try and start a meeting owned by another if Zoom doesn't work accordingly.

    Overall: I love using it in the overall. Makes big meetings much more streamline, no matter who you are in the company.

    Pros: Everything about Zoom Rooms is amazing. From the ease of setting up the app to using it, it is a flawless process.
    It is secure and makes video conferencing and holding virtual meetings seamless.
    Integration with other zoom tools is easy.

    Cons: No issues whatsoever with Zoom Rooms. It works as expected as long as the network is strong.

    Overall: Zoom Rooms is very reliable and trustworthy when it comes to holding and scheduling meetings. Joining a meeting as well as exiting is easy. It works well and never disappoints.

    It has very effective sharing capabilities hence making online meeting more lively.

    Cons: The video quality is not so good unless the internet connection is very strong.

    Pros: Setting up the tool was easy and launching meeting is easy
    The tool is secure, easy to join, and very effective regarding quality communication.
    It makes video conferencing/virtual meetings a breeze.

    Cons: With such an amazing tool, I can barely think of any flaw.

    Overall: Handling meeting especially during the current pandemic has necessitated the need for an effective conferencing tool and Zoom Rooms have been our to go room without failing. It is very reliable.
