    Cons: Zoho Social does not have any type of system to block a follower of any social network, this is quite negative because if you have a follower who is interrupting the proper functioning of your social networks or is writing comments that affect your company, you will not be able to delete it from Zoho Social, you will have to access the corresponding social network to be able to block it manually. The other problem that I found is that Zoho Social does not allow the editing of images or videos within the platform, this would be very useful to edit images that will be used for our publications, currently this function is not available and we have to edit from other means, the images that we will use for posts.

    2- I also like that you made me any type of Limit on the amount of content that I can insert in each post, this is fantastic, Since you can enter up to 5 more images or up to more than two videos in each post that I had programmed to every social network, I love that there is no type of limit on the multimedia content of each publication.

    3- The third thing that I liked about this platform is that it has a general statistics system incorporated for all the social networks that you have linked, this system is fantastic, since it is capable of accounting in a general way all the views and interactions that have had your clients and visitors of your social networks, you can statistically visualize all the total visualizations that you have had in your publications in all social networks.4

    4- I also liked this platform, not only can it be used by me, but I have also been able to assign different roles so that my work team in my company can modify and create new publications for our social networks.     - For users or small businesses that want to test certain features, such as scheduling posts, they will not be able to, since this feature is only available for paid versions. This is disappointing as there is no way to test the effectiveness of said feature and others. So I can say that the free version is limited, for me it is not a limitation since working in a team means that I have to have updated plans, but I saw it as a great disadvantage since it is limited when a small company wants to look for a management platform of social networks like this.

    - The plans are not very attractive for the standard or professional, simply not even for a person or a small business it is useful because they remove a large part of useful features for the complete management of social networks, it seems that yes or yes you have to purchase the version of premium to be able to have certain characteristics and added to this to have other characteristics that we do not use. There should be a customized plan according to the features that are needed. An example of this would be being able to have the same features as the standard version and also being able to pay a hefty amount to add more team members.

    - Similar to the first negative point, which is that it does not adapt quickly to the new features of social networks. Currently, the functions or things that can be done within this browser extension is quite limited, it would be great to implement new functions so that this extension really works for us.

    2.- This platform says that it offers a good integration and connection with your CRM system, so that you can transfer each one of the clients that you obtain in your social networks, it makes your trading system, however, the integration is quite limited, It only offers integration with a few CRM software, causing many companies to not be able to enjoy this integration and not be able to automatically transfer the clients obtained from their social networks to their trading system.     Cons: I have had issues with Facebook posts not showing accurately when made via Zoho Social. I usually have to post directly from Facebook, while posting to all other social media applications via Zoho Social.
