    "Makes my company appear super professional "

    Pros: The auto-attendant greets callers by their first name and sends me a voice-to-text transcription of their message and allows me to text them from there too.

    Cons: Take the time to properly set up the Auto-attendant - takes a bit of learning but makes for a super customer experience.

    Overall: Outstanding - I used Line 2, Google Voice and YouMail beats them hands down. Been a customer now for 10 years.
