YouCam Perfect

Pros: After downloading the app YouCam Enhance, I was looking for a free trial option and accidentally clicked the pro version purchase - my finger slipped. Requested the refund straight away and was refused for no reason. They break basic customer right of return (14 days for a digital purchase in UK).

Cons: Being very accurate, I was confident I was clicking a free trial, but was charged for pro version. I never buy anything before trial.

Overall: Very bad experience of requesting refund. I believe my money was stollen. I can’t judge about the app itself, as I never tried it and would not recommend it to anyone.

Pros: The promotional material sounded great and my wife was very taken with the supposed features and the opportunity to try it first in a free trial.

Cons: The product did not do what it claimed to do. To make matters worse we were misled into someone signing up to an annual subscription without our intention or permission. The company then refused to provide a refund. Avoid these scammers - Beware!

Overall: Disgusted in this day and age that these types of scammers are still out there. Very poor company. Refused to provide a refund when a valid reason was provided.

Pros: No pros ! I got robbed by You Scam! $56 . What an absolute piece of garbage! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I will trying using my phone as a cam but at this point this is total garbage.

Cons: It took me a while to make my decision between Many cam and You cam. I was running them together as trial apps. I finally thought I had the lighting perfect and was ok with the pixilation density. Not TV resolution but passable. So I upgraded. I was worried but I paid the money! Once I upgraded Many cam shut me out so now I was completely on You Cam. My colors were discussing and my pixilation was deficient. I wasn't able yo fix the problem! I got ROBBED! You Scam you are criminals! I hope people wake up and you go bankrupt! Also the back grounds don't blend you in properly. You come in and out. The advertising is a total scam. It does not look blend at all like the advertising!

Overall: TOTAL SCAM . I GOT ROBBED! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I will trying using my phone as a cam but at this point this is total garbage.

Pros: I was really fond of their AI removal tool as it was easy to use and sometimes did a better job than other apps. Sadly they have recently limited the amount of uses on it, so if you don't like the result it gives, it is still counted as a use.

Cons: Don't fall for their advertising of what they offer. Unlimited is not unlimited. They just updated their policy this past week that states they can cancel your account and change their services whenever they feel like it. So you can get screwed out of services you paid for. And you have to accept their terms to be able to use their app that you already paid to use.

Overall: I've been a loyal fan of YouCam for many years, but I've noticed some disappointing changes lately. While I was in the middle of my premium subscription, they altered the rules regarding their AI edits, now limiting the number of uses I can have each day. I have screenshots that clearly state these features are supposed to be unlimited with a premium subscription. It feels like deceptive advertising to lure customers in, only to restrict the services that were promised. Their reasoning was that the AI feature demands additional server resources, which is why they imposed a daily limit. But if that's the case, why promote it as unlimited in the first place?

Pros: The features aren't bad, but it's basically untrue. 5 minute video length max needs to be advertised or you screw people like me that download the 10 minute video only to find it's now 5 minutes and gone forever.

Cons: I lost my whole tutorial because they INSIST the videos can be any length, and what they REALLY MEAN, is that they cant admit that they don't do vids over 5 minutes. Really helpful guys, super jacked.

Overall: Waste of time.

Pros: Nothing is good about this app.

Cons: Used to be good.

Saddening... Cool features but all locked behind a constant pay wall and constant pushed ads app is not free at all and can barely edit without paying most phone editing software is actually better then this app disappointing after using for a while.

Overall: Water mark is added to the bottom of your edits also and you need to crop it always.

Pros: Its not free! Why does every listing say its free? It's not. you pay a subscription, which I did. But even after that, all my photo enhancements had the watermark running through them. I contacted the company, they replied with an answer that made no sense at all! So avoid, avoid, avoid.

Cons: Everything about the site. Its utterly confusing. Look elsewhere.

Overall: Very poor. Even after paying a subscription, my photos still had the watermark running through them.
