Pros: - Using yello makes the process at job fairs etc more streamlined when an entire team is handling several candidates at various stages of consideration.
- Definitely a better and more efficient way to handle recruitment than using excel sheets.Cons: - There can still be a lot of improvements to the software, particularly the dashboard. It can be made easier to use with better design.
- There needs to be some kind of task management system within Yello, it's really helpful for the entire team to get a bigger picture on all the candidates.Overall: If you have a team of people regularly recruiting from several places, yello will definitely make your life easier. Except, there are lots of options in the market today, do compare before committing.
