Pros: Nothing. It has been the worst app to use in a childcare environment, experienced constant problems and no solutions.
Cons: Constant lag, never shows accurate headcount, never ending issues.
Overall: Do not use!!! If you are looking at transferring to this system please save yourself the absolute pain

Pros: No pros, haven't found anything that we like about this system and almost dread logging in to do work.
Cons: Whoever wrote this program has never operated a childcare facility financials.
* can't charge fees in advance unless everyone is on the same schedule so you can't have parents that pay fortnightly/monthly in advance
* doesn't have a re-enrolment feature
* can't recognise Proda updates
* revolves around invoices being produced each week so you can't run a statement in advance
* if invoices fail and are rescheduled and then paid it doesn't recognise this and adjust the current invoice if it has already been issued - other systems just direct debit the outstanding balance but this system revolves around the invoices.
* the Start strong deductions were a nightmare, have to be done each week and you have to check each family individually for a change in CCS
* help topics are helpful once you can find what you are looking for, have to search numerous topics until you find what you are looking for
* support is slow and often doesn't answer the questionOverall: Wish we had the time to change to a new software product, process to change to this software was very time intensive, almost everything had to be manually entered into a spreadsheet or manually entered into the software after it went live.
