"Excited and very pleased" Posted 2023-10-09
Pros: Saved me a ton of time while concentrating on precise and quality candidates. I look forward to sharing my experiences with Workwolf with my colleagues.
Cons: None so far but I will share should I find any. This is still very new to me however, its been quite easy to maneuver and understand.
Overall: It was relatively easy to use and no real learning curve. Effective immediately and very impressive. We plan to embrace this technology in other areas of our business.

"Finds quality candidates - it works!" Posted 2023-10-06
Pros: This literally took my applicant pool from 300 to 15 candidates pulling only those with profiles that match our top performers.
Cons: This was recommended by a colleague who recruits for Xerox, the only thing I haven’t seen yet is a performance review our our new hires made by Workwolf. The verdict is still out.
Overall: Fast, efficient and affordable. They’ve kept the user interface uncluttered with only the important features I need, unlike heavier systems I’ve used in the past like Workday or SuccessFactors.
