    Pros: I like how the product is designed with a focus on the user. The training on how to use the product is excellent. The overall functionality and systemic approach n meeting the company and customer's needs makes this one of the best webinar programs I have used.

    Cons: I can not think of anything that I do not like about WebinarNinja or the company and its staff.

    Overall: WebinarNinja is a leading example inlaying the foundation of how to put together a product that is in the interest of the customers it serves. The company has an excellent customer service that provides fast and effective resolutions in solving problems. The company and its product is one I highly value and support.

    "Make Webinars Simple"

    Pros: Very easy to use. Everything you need all in one system. Very fast for watching replays so you can quickly see how it went.

    Cons: Occasional small technical issues but the help desk are always quick to respond.

    Overall: Has made it easy for me to build content for my website and to promote it. It's also easy to invite co-presenters to work with me.

    "I am not "techy"-I love this product!"

    Pros: First and foremost, I find this software so easy to use. You can actually create a new webinar within 4-5 minutes, without being "techy". I'm talking about loading your presentation and having it ready to go.

    I have been in groups where people often complain about having to create the emails for their webinars. This is a total breeze in WebinarNinja. Eight emails are already templated and ready to go once you set up your webinar details. You can choose to edit them or just leave them with the information you have already inputted with your webinar details.

    I am very happy with support. They will even be your audience to test your webinar, if you request it.

    I have created live webinars and automated webinars. I have been able to deliver them without any hiccups, even though I consider myself "not so techy".

    I actually had a friend, comment that she had been on other webinars with other software and they did not seem as professional and as well put together as mine. At the time, I was very much a novice, so her comments made me very happy.

    Cons: When you do something that is out of your comfort zone, like giving a live webinar you have to learn the lay of the land. Fortunately, WebinarNinja does provide lots of tutorials to support your journey. I guess you could call this a con that if you are like me and want to feel very confident in doing a webinar you will learn more than necessary to put on your webinar. Therefore, you might take time to do this.
    You can also ask support any question you have. They seem to get back to me in record time:)

    Overall: Overall, I enjoy my WebinarNinja and I do recommend it to my friends. One feature that I also really like are the monthly Ninja meetings. You can even ask business questions at these meetings, not necessarily software related. Due to this kind of care, a real community is happening at WebinarNinja. Who doesn't need that these days?

    Pros: So Many Features:
    Live, On Demand, Series and Hybrid Webinars
    Paid Webinars
    Built in email
    Handouts, polls, and offers (easily added to your webinars)
    Built in landing pages (that you can customize)
    Q & A and up voting
    Wonderful analytics (that are easy to understand)
    Easy integrations with your email and CRM platforms
    The ability to have attendees join you on the stage
    Being able to add PowerPoint slides to the platform vs just screen sharing
    Excellent customer service!

    Cons: I honestly don't have anything negative to say about the platform.

    Overall: If you are looking for an easy-to-use webinar platform, I highly recommend WebinarNinja. I’ve been using the platform since it launched. Over the years they have continually added more features and value to their product. In addition, they are great at holding LIVE webinars to find out what their customers want and need. And if they can make it happen, it usually gets added. Their customer service is also excellent, and they are always willing to help answer any questions or concerns.     "Super easy webinar"

    Pros: I have been using WebinarNinja now for few years (3 or 4). I really like the platform and I will try to give my feedback
    * easy to start
    * you can set up a webinar in 10 seconds like is said
    * Simple to navigate and control when you have webinar
    * The quality in the recording is really good and I like how fast it is to get the recording
    * Support is really good and feels like you are a NINJA , kind of like a family feeling
    * Good statistic, specially where you can see who registered and then who showed up and when they showed up. Good for control freaks like me.
    * email marketing is good
    and more and more
    I could go on and on but I want to keep this simple for those who might be thinking of using WebinarNinja. My suggestion is: just try it

    Also I like the members webinar that Omar keeps, really good to access to the founders.

    Cons: One needs to give cons as well, so here are mine:

    * templates could be better, are a little too simple
    * statistics about marketing sendout is missing. Would like to see how many have open and clicked.

    Overall: WebinarNinja is an easy to use webinar platform. It is great for beginners because it is so simple, but also for those who have been using webinar platforms for a longer time. My overall view of WebinarNinja is good and I highly recommend WebinarNinja for those who are hosting webinar or even thinking of hosting a webinar.

    Pros: Great customer support.
    Ease of use.
    Great feature set.
    Constantly improving.
    Payment for webinars is integrated.
    Easily integrates with other products.

    Cons: Currently cannot create custom URLs for registration links.

    Overall: I use WebinarNinja to provide personal and group coaching to pastors regarding church growth and organizational development. I provide personal and group coaching to individuals to help them apply principles of success to help them live their best life. This product is very easy to setup and implement. They have great customer support. And they provide continuing education to help business owners more effectively use the product to build their business. I recommend it to anyone who wants to share their expertise for free or to get paid to do it.

    "The best webinar platform of the world"

    Pros: Webinars very easy to set.
    The platform is very user-friendly.
    The possibility to customize the registration page as well as the emails sent to the registrants.
    The reliability during the live webinars is amazing.
    The different types of webinars available.
    The possibility to create free and paid webinars.
    The customer support is amazing.
    The attendees can upvote the questions during the webinars.
    I like the fact that I can invite other presenters and share the presentation with them.
    The WebinarNinja teams continuously asks the users feedback and improve the platform accordingly.

    Cons: Cannot apply coupon codes for the paid webinars.
    Except this, there are no cons.

    Overall: My experience with WebinarNinja is very very positive.
    I use the platform to conduct my webinars and to teach my courses online all over the world.
    Even with a multitude of attendees, the webinars/courses are smooth.
    Without WebinarNinja I would never have started my online training activity. WebinarNinja changed my life.

    Pros: A mediocre webinar platform.

    Cons: Very very BAD customer service.

    Overall: They charged me even after I cancelled the subscription. They don't send notification of cancellation. Contacted customer service explaining that subscription was cancelled prior to end of trial, i was asked proof (which they don't send it as notification). Basically they expect me to knew that WebinarNinja is dodgy and I have to record video of cancellation. Stay away.

    "Buyer beware"

    Pros: Straightforward interface that is easy to use. Easy to send invites to your webinar from Webinar Ninja.

    Cons: Other than the above:

    I made a mistake and thought I had removed my credit card from their website when I was finished. I asked if they could refund the cost, as I hadn't used the service except for the trial. They stated that they were unable to refund any costs, as stated in their terms. I even asked if we could negotiate a reduction and they refused to do so. I'm relieved that I realized this in less than a year, else the $$$ would have really added up. If you search for other reviews, you will find that I am not alone in this.

    Therefore, my review is directly related to customer service and Webinar Ninja's ability to empathize with their clients. Did they break their terms? No. However, if this isn't a good example of a company's ability to provide customer service, what is? So, buyer beware. If everything doesn't go according to plan, you're on your own.

    Overall: I would not return and use Webinar Ninja because you never know when you will need customer service. If the pandemic isn't a reason to have a lapse in memory and request customer service, what is?
