Overall: We actually used Zoom for a while before making the switch to WebinarGeek and we don't regret it. WebinarGeek provides a lot of automation to make your life easy.

Pros: WebinarGeek is nice to use, and very handy to get a record of everyone who watched the webinar, in order to get an overview of all the information.

Cons: While using WebinarGeek, I did not experience any disadvantages.

Overall: WebinarGeek are always easy to reach and are great at thinking things through if there is a problem. Very convenient and easy to use.

Overall: Great tool to start your webinar journey with. A bit more user friendliness and more options to customise the registration page and forms would be a plus. They pay attention to users feedbacks, so hopefully they'll bring more features in near future.

Overall: WebinarGeek is the best (Dutch) webinar platform. Their helpdesk is fantastic! They are willing to do everything in their power to answer your questions as soon as possible (very quick) and solve your problems. I wouldn't know what to do without them.

Pros: Great communication flow setup around the webinar, the webinar itself (as in the live event) actually is just a part of the whole. Being a marketer, I love that. Easy to use, very intuitive software.

Cons: In the future, when having ample experience, I think I'd like to have more customizable options. When starting it's great as it is.

Pros: I use it for my e-learning courses. And though quality, options and service is perfect, the platform is not so handy if you give a series e-learning courses. That went wrong a few times with my attendants. But I will try it a little longer as the service and looks are so good!

Cons: I had a few attendants who couldn't attend a pre-recorded lesson. There was nothing wrong in what I or the attendants did. There was a mysterious error by copying a webinar of an application.

Overall: The interface looks great, is easy to use and the client service is quick. One can adapt look and feel, although that might become a little smoother. Now a big logo of mine appears, it doesn't adjust. But overall I am truly satisfied.

Pros: WebinarGeek works very easily. There are many options and the support can really help you further. Obviously not a computer or a layman. Really someone who knows how webinar geek works and really watches the lesson in question with you.

Cons: The only issue I've had is that some people were unable to chat during the live webinar. This was probably due to the browser. Webinar clearly functions much better in chrome than in other browsers. You notice that.

Overall: I am very satisfied with WebinarGeek.

Pros: Easy to start hosting a live webinar or record a webinar or series of webinars. Offers a good range of possibilities for an affordable price.

Cons: Not the greatest option in customising the screens, however a certain degree of customisation is possible.

Overall: Super easy and user friendly platform for hosting webinars.

I specifically recommend their customer service. They are fast to reply and helpful with solving issues. Or if something's not possible with the platform at least they give an honest answer about that.

Pros: Easy to use software with many features, but not so many that it is hard to use. It is very simple and comfortable.

Cons: It is quite expensive as I only need it once per month.

Overall: Great software and easy to use, many great product features. Would recommend to anyone who wants to start giving webinars.

Pros: Very satisfied! Intuitive program, understandable and clear help pages where you can actually find almost everything and very fast personal help if necessary! Top service!

Cons: So far it is not possible to see people. It's a one way street. It would be nice if- in the future - this could also be possible.

Overall: Very satisfied and when I'm not because of a problem, help is only one chat away ;). They constantly improve so I think it will only get better. But I hope their excellent support remains, even when growing the business.

Pros: Webinargeek is for me the best platform that is available in my native language. It is easy to use and I like the integration with the payment system Mollie in order to give paid webinars.

Cons: To be honest I don't really have any major cons. Everything that I need for my webinars is available.

Overall: The overall experience is great. This is not only based on the software itself but also on the support of the helpdesk.

Cons: We can’t add extra users to manage the account properly. So we don’t need an extra seat to be able to run 2 webinars at a time but want to add “admin” users.

Overall: We have been using the software for more than 3 years and love it. Support is super when you experience hiccups or don’t know your way around the software.
The quality of the stream is always high without hiccups!

Pros: What I absolutely love about WebinarGeek is the fact that they work completely in the browser so I didn't have to download anything (which is sometimes difficult within our company network..) Very easy to set up and host webinars. Lots of great features that made me step up my webinar game!

Cons: With my amount of viewers, I wanted a Starter Package, but to get the features I love I needed a Premium subscription.

Overall: Very easy to use for me as a host, but also for my viewers. I would recommend this tool for everybody who wants to host professional webinars in the easiest way possible.
