    "Save money and find other software. Horrible support"

    Pros: Software seemed okay, but new platform is just awful. When you do not need support and can manage somethings yourself its okay.

    Cons: Everything, mainly the people behind VSS.

    They charge money when they shouldn't and if something isn't working it takes ages before they get back to you, and if they get back they avoid the problem and come up with silly answers.

    Overall: SCAM! FRAUD! Absolutely no support and very expensive. We paid for something that we never received! No help at all!

    "Be wary of this company"

    Pros: The software is OK. We were possibly going to use this software for our Annual Conference but I have no confidence in the company.

    Cons: The company charges when they shouldn't and doesn't give refunds when they make a mistake.

    Overall: The company doesn't have its act together. They offered me a free Amazon gift card or 3 months free for a 15-minute interview with their developer. I chose 3 months free. I spent 35 minutes on the phone with him. Instead of giving me 3 months free, they charged me for the first month while I was trying to demo it to my company. Shannon said she would refund the amount but I have requested several times and there was no refund. I canceled the subscription and we chose a different product because they can't even get a free subscription straight.
