GerbView
GerbView is a software application primarily designed for viewing, printing, and converting PCB design files, particularly Gerber and ODB++ formats. It offers a comprehensive set of features for visualizing, analyzing, and manipulating these files, making it a valuable tool for PCB designers and manufacturers.
GerbView allows users to open and display Gerber (RS-274D and RS-274X), ODB++, Excellon, PDF, DXF, and HPGL/2 files. Both RS-274D and RS-274X Gerber formats are supported, and you can use GerbView to convert your older Gerber files to the new RS-274X extended format.

PloComp displays HPGL/Vector/Image. It can display maximum of 20 file in piles or in arranges.
Display mode is overwrite, merge, undisplay, mirror at a file. This is useful for checking the product drawings by overlapping multiple drawings, such as printed wiring boards, or for comparing old and new drawings by recognizing changed areas using different colors or cloud marks.
