Pros: - ease of use
- initially responsive account manager and support team
- competitive pricing (via automationsCons: Everything was going well in the beginning - our account manager was responsive, service was going fast, everything was fine. Seamless.
Then, in the last two months:
1) we have received zero replies to our repeated emails to the account manager
2) their customer service is just closing our request tickets without any input, despite us following up on them asking for help or at least reason for the lack of input (closing without feedback)
3) our employees are being re-contacted about document/information submission AFTER they have started with us two months ago (?!)
4) there are checks 'in progress', opened since April with no input, questions or follow up from Veremark; we have no idea what's going on in there - the only option we have is to close these checks and not get full information on the backgroundOverall: It was fine in the beginning, then no progress or contact from Veremark and re-contacting people who already started working for us. Looking for a different service provider, happy we didn't sign a long-term contract with them.
