    Pros: Easy to use for end user, the richness of features, the standard integration with our CRM to send automatically quotes.

    Cons: The backoffice UX not pretty, that could be improved.

    Overall: We use Valuein to send quotes from our CRM, the quotes are converted into subscriptions through electronic signature. We also use their self-services to let the customers adjust their contracts, Valuein also process the recurring billing.
