"Wonderful customer service" Posted 2021-07-13
Pros: I like being able to have QuickBooks in the Cloud as opposed to QBO. My clients are very happy with it. The customer service has been amazing with any issues we have had.
Cons: It is a little challenging to set up, but even so, the customer service is very good at assisting.
Overall: It really fits my and my clients' needs and has enabled me to use QBO as little as possible. I would recommend this product to others who want to get away from QBO.

"Excelent service and product features" Edited 2021-07-13
Pros: I greatly appreciate the ease of setup and configuration. Very easy to start of a new server and assign users / virtual desktops. The customer service has been very helpful - being prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.
Cons: A bit on the expensive side. I would prefer if virtual desktops were available in the $15-$20 per user range.
Overall: Overall I would recommend V2 Cloud! Despite the pricing concerns, I would say they have a very good product.

"Easy to set up and manage" Edited 2021-07-13
Pros: We are currently running 6 VM Servers on V2 and are happy with the performance and easy setup of the servers.
Since they have been set up there is almost no management time needed, just running the Microsoft updates.
We love how Office 365 and Malwarebytes are already installed and so we just need the Office 365 license to make it work.Cons: Really cannot think of any cons, everything just works.
Overall: Since using V2 Cloud the customers that we are hosting there are very happy with all the features that just work with no issues.

"V2" Posted 2021-07-13
Pros: They have app or browser access that still gives me access to my local drives. Their support responds pretty quickly.
Cons: Clients have to use expensive 365 licenses in the environment. When clients have issues with some things like 365 working correctly there's no advanced help for those items.
Overall: Better than our previous product. I like the interface of the app and the responsiveness of the support. They need some advanced experts that are better with customers when bigger issues come up.

"Exactly the product I needed" Posted 2021-07-13
Pros: V2 Cloud is easy to set up and has a user-friendly interface. I was looking for a remote/virtual desktop solution and the options in the market are limited. V2 Cloud was the only option that perfectly met my needs.
Cons: Copying and pasting are sometimes a hassle. It should be easier!
Overall: V2 Cloud is a perfect match for what I need to do. I had a laptop that ran out of resources for the job I needed. I looked online for remote/virtual desktop solutions, and V2 Cloud was the best option available. The other options are difficult to set up, expensive, and not created for a small business.

"Easy access from anywhere, with limitiations" Posted 2021-07-13
Pros: I love that I can jump onto the remote desktop from any device and have full access to the software that I need. It is easy and gives me peace of mind knowing that if my PC crashed or if I was away from my office, I could still be just as productive and have everything right at my fingertips.
Cons: The only problem I have had with the software is that it has issues with Excel files. I use a trade version of Quickbooks on the remote desktop and V2 won't let me download Excel files off the server. It gives errors every time. I have had to resort to downloading as CSV files, which isn't what I want. Also, it is a bit annoying when a browser window is re-sized. The page has to be refreshed for the screen to respond to the new aspect ratio. On some laptops, it won't show large portions of the screen and doesn't allow scrolling. On one laptop I own, that is a major problem because the way the Quickbooks screen displays, it cuts off the buttons on the bottom of the screen and doesn't give a scroll bar. I cannot use V2 on that laptop because of this issue. I do wish V2 would fix that or allow you to pick your own aspect ratio if you want.
Overall: Overall the software does a very good job for what I need. If I had to work off laptops, it would be a major issue. If I had to work with downloaded Excels a lot, it would be a major issue.
